| Description | This SMAC antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 211-239 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human SMAC. SMAC is an inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP)-binding protein. This mitochondrial protein enters the cytosol when cells undergo apoptosis, and it moderates the caspase inhibition of IAPs. |
