| Description | Crosstide is derived from the N-terminal sequence of GSK3 and it is well-documented substrate for PKB (AKT and SGK kinases. pCrosstide is the phosphorylated product of these kinases. The affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antipCrosstide antibodies were conjugated to biotin using activated d-Biotin. The conjugates are useful for western-blot of the phosphorylated Crosstide conjugated to BSA and ELISA detection of the kinase activity with avidin-HRP conjugates. |
