| Description | Recognize only the phophophorylated S6 peptide product of S6K, not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated S6 peptide substrate. S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR) is a substrate of S6K and ILK. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibodies were developed with phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR). This antibody is conjugated to horse-radish peroxidase through reductive amination. This antibody has been utilized for non-raioactive p70 S6K kinase assay. |
