| Description | This PET112L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 34-61 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PET112L. PET112L furnishes a means for formation of correctly charged Gln-tRNA(Gln) through the transamidation of misacylated Glu-tRNA(Gln) in the mitochondria. The reaction takes place in the presence of glutamine and ATP through an activated gamma-phospho-Glu-tRNA(Gln) (Potential). |
