| Description | The Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 Antibody (RA3-6B2) specifically binds to the extracellular domain of the transmembrane CD45 glycoprotein (approximately 180-240 kDa). CD45R(B220) epitope is mainly expressed on B cells, activated B cells, and subsets of T and NK cells. The expression is decreased on plasma cells and antigen-specific memory B cells. The CD45R antigen is not detectable on naive T cells, MHC-restrict CTL, or hematopoietic stem cells. This antibody is CyTOF Label Ready and can be used directly for rare metal conjugation using MaxPar metal labeling kits (Fluidigm).
