Description | Specificity: Specific for the ~87k MARCKS protein phosphorylated at Ser152 and Ser156 in Western blots of rat brain homogentate. Immunolabeling is blocked by the Ser 152/156 phosphopeptide but not by the non-phosphopeptide. Human, mouse, rat and Xenopus have 100% amino acid sequence identity with the antigen used to raise the antibody. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody |
