| Description | Specificity: Human CD6. CD6 is a 120 kDa single chain glycoprotein and a member of the scavenger receptor superfamily. It is expressed on medullary thymocytes, 80% of mature T cells, a subset of B cells and, weakly, on cortical thymocytes. CD6 is involved in T cell development and activation. |
