| Description | Zika virus is a member of genus flavivirus transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. Aedes mosquitoes are also the carrier and the transmitter of dengue virus. Aedes mosquitoes distribute in tropical and subtropical regions throughout the world. Zika NS1 antibodies are produced using recombinant NS1 and are positive versus native antigen. The antibodies do not cross react with related viruses (Dengue 1-4 & Chikungunya). Preliminary pairing screening has been done for ELISA or lateral flow immunoassay as 5122 to 5123, each paring has to be tested by the researcher. Suggested dilution is 1:10 - 50 for lateral flow assays and 1:20 - 200 for ELISA |
