| Description | Reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3, and with the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA as demonstrated by ELISA and flow cytometry. Minimal cross reactivity with human immunoglobulins. Source: Pooled antisera from goats hyperimmunized with mouse IgG paraproteins. Cross Absorption: Pooled human sera and purified human paraproteins. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were labeled with either mouse IgG1 anti-human CD3 (A), mouse IgG2a anti-human CD5 (B), mouse IgG2b antihuman CD22 (C), mouse IgG3 anti-human IgD (D) or mouse IgM anti-human CD57 (E). After washing the cells were then stained with goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L)-FITC, following which lymphocytes were gated and analyzed by flow cytometry. |
