| Description | Specificity: SHP-2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total SHP-2 protein. PTPN11/SHP-2/NS1 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate avariety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains twotandem Src homology-2 domains, which function as phospho-tyrosinebinding domains and mediate the interaction of this PTP with itssubstrates. |
