| Description | This beta II Tubulin antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 194-225 amino acids from the mouse region of mouse beta II Tubulin. Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha chain (By similarity). |
