| Description | Recognize proteins and peptides phosphorylated on tyrosine residues. Not cross-reacted with phosphoserine and threonine. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-phosphotyrosine antibody (anti-pY) was developed using peptidyl-phosphotyrosine analog-KLH conjugates as immunogen. The phosphotyrosine specific antibodies were affinity purified with phoshotyrosine immobilized on agarose. This antibody could be utilized for immunoprecipitation of tyrosine-phosphorylated immunoblotting tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins, ELISA quantitation of protein tyrosine phosphorylation, and non-radioactive tyrosine kinase assay. |
