| Description | This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against MAP4K4. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.Target Description: MAP4K4 is the serine/threonine kinase that may play a role in the response to environmental stress and cytokines such as TNF-alpha. MAP4K4 appears to act upstream of the JUN N-terminal pathway.The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family.
