| Description | This DLGAP4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 105-133 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human DLGAP4. DLGAP4 is a membrane-associatedguanylate kinase found at the postsynaptic density in neuronalcells. It is a signaling molecule that can interact with potassiumchannels and receptors, as well as other signaling molecules. Theprotein encoded by this gene can interact with PSD-95 through itsguanylate kinase domain and may be involved in clustering PSD-95 inthe postsynaptic density region.
