| Description | This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against SRY. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.Target Description: SRY is an intronless gene that encodes for a transcription factor, which is a member of the high mobility group (HMG)-box family of DNA-binding proteins. This protein is the testis-determining factor(TDF), which initiates male sex determination.
