| Description | Actin and myosin are the two major cytoskeletal proteins mediate cell movement. According to the isoelectric point of the actin in the cells of higher animals are divided into three classes, alpha distributed in a variety of muscle cells, the distribution of beta and gamma in the muscle cells and non-muscle cells.
