| Description | Specificity: Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using PADI4 antibody. Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer using PADI4 antibody at dilution of 1:100 (200x lens). Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded rat kidney using PADI4 antibody at dilution of 1:100 (200x lens). Immunofluorescence analysis of U2OS cell using PADI4 antibody. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining. This gene is a member of a gene family which encodes enzymes responsible for the conversion of arginine residues to citrulline residues. This gene may play a role in granulocyte and macrophage development leading to inflammation and immune response. |
