| Description | Specificity: Specific for Human protein AMBP denatured and native forms. The antibody recognizes alpha-1-microglobulin at an epitope between 20-203aa. However, the exact epitope has not been mapped. The antibody also recognizes the precursor AMBP protein which contains alpha-1-microglobulin and bikunin. Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor inhibits trypsin, plasmin, and lysosomal granulocytic elastase. Inhibits calcium oxalate crystallization. Trypstatin is a trypsin inhibitor |
