| Description | This PRKAG3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 426-454 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PRKAG3. The protein encoded by this gene is a regulatory subunitof the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). AMPK is a heterotrimerconsisting of an alpha catalytic subunit, and non-catalytic betaand gamma subunits. AMPK is an important energy-sensing enzyme thatmonitors cellular energy status.
