| Description | Recognize proteins phosphorylated on serine residues. Not cross-reacted with phosphotyrosine. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-phosphoserine antibodies, are developed using phosphoserine-KLH conjugates and phosvitin mixture as immunogen. The phosphoserine specific antibodies were affinity purified with serine-phophorylated peptide immobilized on agarose. This affinity purified antibody showed higher affinity than anti-phosphoserine antibodies from other source. |
