| Description | This PRTN3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 228-256 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PRTN3. Polymorphonuclear leukocyte serine protease that degrades elastin, fibronectin, laminin, vitronectin, and collagen types I, III, and IV (in vitro) and causes emphysema when administered by tracheal insufflation to hamsters. |
