| Description | Rabbit anti ErbB3 (pTyr1328) antibody recognizes ErbB3, also known as receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3 or tyrosine kinase-type cell surface receptor HER3, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1328. ErbB3 is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family of receptor tyrosine kinases and plays a key role in cell proliferation and differentiation. ErbB3 acts as a receptor for neuregulins and heterodimerizes with ErbB2. ErbB3 contains a phosphorylation site at tyrosine 1328 (Tzouros et al. 2013). |
