| Description | This ADORA2A antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 273-301 amino acids from the Central region of human ADORA2A. ADORA2A is a protein which is one of severalreceptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the encodedprotein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated byG proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. This protein isabundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is amajor target of caffeine. |
