| Description | Recognizes phosphorylated PKB on serine 473. There is no cross-reaction with the non-phosphorylated PKB. Anti-PKB alpha antibodies raised with a peptide based on sequence of human PKB C-terminal and affinity purified with the same peptide on agarose. PKB alpha (AKT1) is a member of the PKB family, which is responsive to the cell activation. These antibodies are useful for detection and isolation of of PKB alpha from the cell lysates. |
