| Description | Recognizes natural and recombinant soluble human TNF Receptor 2. TNF-RII is expressed on a variety of human tissues including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. In addition, TNF-RII is released from neutrophils and monocytes after activation. TNF-RII, a member of TNF receptor family, binds to TNF-a and TNF-b. The cytoplasmic domain of TNF-RII interacts with TRAF1 and TRAF2. |
