Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Mib1 Mindbomb detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human; Mouse; Rat.Background: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MIB1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MIB1 gene. It is mapped to 18q11.2. This gene encodes a protein containing multiple ankyrin repeats and RING finger domains that functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase. The encoded protein positively regulates Notch signaling by ubiquitinating the Notch receptors, thereby facilitating their endocytosis. This protein may also promote the ubiquitination and degradation of death-associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1). |
Immunogen | Immunogen: E Coli-derived human Mib1 Mindbomb recombinant protein (Position: H465-E732). |
