| Description | Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG. There is 100% cross-reactivity with goat IgG when tested by ELISA. XXXX ml of donkey immunoglobulin affinity purified on immobilized sheep IgG and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The APIgG-HRP concentration is XXXX mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of XXXX as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg. |
