DescriptionThis SHOC2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 56-83 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human SHOC2. This gene encodes a protein that consists almost entirelyof leucine-rich repeats, a domain implicated in protein-proteininteractions. The protein may function as a scaffold linking RAS todownstream signal transducers in the RAS/ERK MAP kinase signalingcascade. Mutations in this gene have been associated withNoonan-like syndrome with loose anagen hair.
