| Description | Recognize HA-tag proteins in all species. hemaglutinin peptide is frequently used as affinity tag to facilitate the detection, isolation, and localaiztion of the tag-proteins. This high affinity anti-HA antibody is developed using HA peptide conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the HA peptide. This antibody is conjugated to horse radish peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination. The HRP conjugated antibody could be utilized for direct immunoblotting without using the secondary antibodies, avoiding the background of immunoglobulins. |
