| Description | Specificity: 15 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human KAI1. Kangai 1 is a leukocyte surface glycoprotein with metastasis/tumor suppressor activity. It inhibits the progression of prostate, breast, lung, bladder, pancreatic and hepatocellular carcinomas. Lower levels of Kangai 1 gene expression correlate with the malignant development of cancers. |
