| Description | This DCAF12L2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 312-338 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DCAF12L2. This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat proteinfamily. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately40 amino acids typically bracketed by Gly-His and Trp-Asp (GH-WD),which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multi-proteincomplexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety ofcellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signaltransduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
