| Description | Rabbit anti FOXO3A (pSer253) antibody recognizes FOXO3A, when phosphorylated at serine 253. FOXO3A is a member of the forkhead family of transcription factors. Residue 253 of FOXO3A is phosphorylated by a number of kinases including AKT. Phosphorylation of FOXO3A at serine 253 results in decreased transcriptional activity and export of FOXO3A from the nucleus. |
