| Description | This CIAO1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 155-183 amino acids from the Central region of human CIAO1. CIAO1 is an essential component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur (Fe/S) protein assembly machinery. Required for the maturation of extramitochondrial Fe/S proteins. Seems to specifically modulate the transactivation activity of WT1. |
