| Description | Recognize only the phophophorylated Crsstide, the product of SGK, PKB in a non-radioactive kinase assay, not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated Crosstide. Crosstide (PRAATF) is a substrate of PKB (AKT) and SGK kinase family. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrosstide is developed with phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAApTF) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAATF. The purified antibody was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive PKB and SGK kinase assay. |
