| Description | Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3(IRAK3) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, ICC in Human, Mouse, Rat. Background: Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3, also called IRAK3 or IRAKM is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the IRAK3 gene. The IRAKM gene consists of 12 exons spanning a region of approximately 60 kb in chromosome 12q14.3. This gene encodes a member of the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase protein family. Members of this family are essential components of the Toll/IL-R immune signal transduction pathways.
