| Description | This UNC84B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 237-265 amino acids from the Central region of human UNC84B. SUN1 (MIM 607723) and SUN2 are inner nuclear membrane(INM) proteins that play a major role in nuclear-cytoplasmicconnection by formation of a 'bridge' across the nuclear envelope,known as the LINC complex, via interaction with the conservedluminal KASH domain of nesprins (e.g., SYNE1; MIM 608441) locatedin the outer nuclear membrane (ONM).
