| Description | Rabbit anti PDK1 (pSer241) antibody recognizes PDK1, also known as 3-phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase 1 or PDPK1, when phosphorylated at serine 241. PDK1 is a master kinase involved in numerous cell processes including proliferation, differentiation and cell survival. PDK1 is crucial for the activation of AKT/PKB and many other AGC kinases including PKC, S6K, SGK. Autophosphorylation of serine 241 is required for PDK1 activity (Wang et al. 2017). |
