| Description | This SNX14 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 580-608 amino acids from the Central region of human SNX14. This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family.Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is aphosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellulartrafficking. The encoded protein also contains a regulator of Gprotein signaling (RGS) domain. Regulator of G protein signalingfamily members are regulatory molecules that act as GTPaseactivating proteins for G alpha subunits of heterotrimeric Gproteins. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms havebeen identified for this gene. |
