| Description | This WDR45 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 17-46 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human WDR45. This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat proteinfamily. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD),which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiproteincomplexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety ofcellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signaltransduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
