| Description | The antibody recognizes metallopeptidase ACE1. Description: The antibody is a polyclonal antibody made to the metallopeptidase ACE-1. The antibody is made to a synthetic peptide based on the first peptidase unit of human ACE-1. The antibody has been peptide-affinity purified, concentrated to 1 mg/ml, with the addition of 0.05% Sodium Azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. Angiotension Converting Enzyme is a metallopeptidase of the MA(E) subclan of peptidases, also know as the-Glu-zincins-which use the motif HExxH as a catalytic triad.
