| Description | This NCDN antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 114-144 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human NCDN. This gene encodes a leucine-rich cytoplasmic protein,which is highly similar to a mouse protein that negativelyregulates Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II phosphorylationand may be essential for spatial learning processes. Severalalternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have beendescribed. |
