| Description | This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against TNFRSF10C. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.Target Description: TNFRSF10C is the receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. TNFRSF10C lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. TNFRSF10C may protect cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily.
