Plays a role in actin filament capping (PubMed:23836506). Binds to calmodulin.Subunit Structure: Heterodimer of an alpha and a gamma subunit.Post-translational Modifications: Sumoylated.Similarity: Comprised of three regions: a N-terminal protease-resistant globular head region, a short connecting subdomain, and a protease-sensitive tail region. Belongs to the aldolase class II family. Adducin subfamily. |
