Isoform 1 interacts with WWP1 (PubMed:15221015).Post-translational Modifications: Ubiquitinated by RNF111 and RNF165, promoting proteasomal degradation, leading to enhance the BMP-Smad signaling.Similarity: Belongs to the SKI family. |
