| Description | Specificity: Clone 5G6 specifically recognises human Siglec-10 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10), a putative adhesion molecule and member of the Ig superfamily, expressed by monocytes, B cells, eosinophils, and at a higher level by a subpopulation of CD16+CD56- natural killer (NK) cells. . . Structurally, Siglec-10 is most similar to the CD33-related group of Siglecs, and preferentially binds to glycoconjugates containing alpha-2,3- or alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid.
