Description | CD 64, clone 10.1 rects wtih a single chain glucoprotein of 75 kDa. Its main cellular reactivity is with monocytes (up regulated by interferon gamma). Ther reactive cells in flow cytometry include interferon gamma stimulated granulocytes, myelomonocytic leukemias and myeloid cell lines. some histicytes are recognized by this antibody in IHC. Cd 64 plays a role in phagocytosis. It also participtes in cytokine and superoxide release. |
