It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.Target Description: UBE2L3 catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins.It mediates the selective degradation of short-lived and abnormal proteins. UBE2L3 functions in the E6/E6-AP-induced ubiquitination of p53/TP53.The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation.
