| Description | This PABPC5 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 287-321 amino acids from human PABPC5. Binds the poly(A) tail of mRNA. May be involved in cytoplasmic regulatory processes of mRNA metabolism. Can probably bind to cytoplasmic RNA sequences other than poly(A) in vivo (By similarity). |
