| Description | Specificity: BMX Antibody detects endogenous levels of total BMX protein. BMX/ETK, a BTK/TEC type kinase, has been shown to affect the regulation of cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, motility, apoptosis, and endocytosis. Etk contains an N-terminal Pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, a src homology 3 (SH3) domain, a src homology 2 (SH2) domain and a C-terminal tyrosine kinase (SH1) domain. |
