Description | This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide (KLH-coupled) corresponding to CELSR2. Cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 2 belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family, highest expressed in brain and testis. The protein encoded by the gene CELSR2 is a member of the flamingo subfamily, part of the cadherin superfamily. It may have an important role in cell/cell signaling during nervous system formation. |
